Yes you can switch plans at any time, your account will be credited for the unused portion of the current billing period and charged the new price rate for the remaining time in the period.

You can cancel your subscription anytime and it will not auto-renew after the current paid term. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid term. A canceled trial will stop immediately after cancellation.
