Welcome to The Active Investors Club ("the Club," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership, access to, and use of our financial research, market briefings, community forums, ChatVIP, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Membership").

By enrolling in a Membership or accessing our content, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services or register for membership.

 

 

⚠️ 1. Financial Disclaimer (No Investment Advice)

The Active Investors Club provides educational materials, data compilation, trade setups, macroeconomic commentary, and market briefings for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Not Financial Advice: We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners. No content, briefings, or tools provided through the Membership constitute a personalized recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, commodity, or financial instrument.
  • Risk of Capital Loss: All investing involves significant risk. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Digital assets (such as Bitcoin) and leveraged equities (such as Strive Inc. options or 2x ETFs) carry an exceptionally high risk of volatility and total capital loss.
  • Independent Evaluation: You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult with a qualified financial, legal, or tax professional before making any financial market commitments.

 

 

💳 2. Membership Fees, Billing, and Renewals

  • Subscription Model: Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current billing cycle using the payment method on file, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust membership fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused features.

 

 

🛑 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Access Upon Cancellation: Following cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the Club's premium areas until the end of your current paid billing period, at which point your access will terminate.

 

 

🔒 4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Sharing

  • Proprietary Content: All market reports, slogans, tactical trade matrices, proprietary indicators, videos, and ChatVIP commentary delivered via this Membership are the exclusive intellectual property of the Club.
  • Individual Use Only: Your membership login and the premium content provided are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Sharing Prohibited: Redistributing, republishing, reselling, copying, or sharing our briefings, trade setups, or account credentials via public forums, social media, discord groups, or email lists is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract that will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

 

 

💬 5. Community Conduct and User Content

Members as well as visitors may have access to interactive ChatVIP, discussion boards, and community spaces. You agree to follow our code of conduct:

  • No Market Manipulation: You may not use the platform to coordinate "pump and dump" schemes, spread malicious misinformation, or deliberately attempt to manipulate asset values.
  • Professional Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or spam targeting other members or staff will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

 

 

🛠️ 6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Platforms

  • Data Accuracy: While we strive to source accurate market figures, stock prices, and corporate data, all information is provided "as is." We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timing of any data, tickers, chart feeds, or third-party links.
  • System Availability: We are not liable for technical outages, data feed delays, exchange connectivity issues, or market trading halts that prevent you from viewing or acting on information.

 

 

⚖️ 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Broward County, Florida.
