We are a privately traded company that has adopted cash as our primary treasury reserve asset. By using proceeds from equity and debt financings, as well as cash flows from our operations, we strategically use cash to gain leverage exposure to the cryptocurrency market and advocate for the role of Bitcoin as digital capital. Our capital management strategy is designed to gain indirect economic exposure to Bitcoin by purchasing a range of securities, including equity and fixed-income instruments.

• Club Subscription Model

• Capita Management Division

This is the dominant part of the company's valuation and private identity. The structure allows the company to:

• Raise Capital

The company issues debt (convertible notes) and new equity (stock sales) in the private market.

• Accumulate Cash

The proceeds from these capital raises are primarily used to purchase indirect Bitcoin exposure, which are held as a primary capital reserve asset.
