Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase of the 7-Day Historical Archive Pass, you agree to be bound by the rules, parameters, and limitations outlined below.

1. PRODUCT DEFINITION & PRICING

  • The Asset: The "7-Day Historical Archive Pass" (the "Pass") is a digital product providing limited-term, read-only evaluation access to the proprietary database, trade setups, market reports, and historical data of the Active Investors Club (the "Club").
  • Fee: The Pass is provisioned as a one-time, non-refundable purchase fee of $49.00 USD.

2. ACCOUNT CREATION & PROVISIONING REQUIREMENTS

  • Profile Mandatory: To ensure secure data delivery and proper user provisioning, you are strictly required to create a unique user profile during the checkout process.
  • Data Accuracy: You agree to provide a valid, active email address. The Club is not responsible for non-delivery of access credentials resulting from typographical errors or restrictive third-party email filters.

3. DELIVERY & ACCESS POLICIES

  • Instant Credential Delivery: Upon verified processing of the $49.00 fee, a secure, randomly generated temporary password and localized entry link will display instantly on your checkout confirmation screen.
  • Duplicate Dispatch: For your security and convenience, a duplicate copy of these temporary login credentials will simultaneously drop into your registered email inbox.

4. THE 168-HOUR FIXED EVALUATION WINDOW

  • The Clock: Your temporary access clock begins ticking the exact millisecond your checkout transaction completes successfully.
  • Fixed Allocation: You are granted a strict, unextendible window of exactly 168 hours (7 sequential days) to log in, read, analyze, and evaluate our historical library database.
  • No Pausing: The 168-hour window runs continuously and cannot be paused, suspended, or rescheduled for any reason once triggered.

5. THE INTEGRATED UPGRADE SEAMLESS OPTION

  • Continuous Migration: If you choose to maintain your club access, you have the contractual right to seamlessly upgrade your temporary pass to our permanent Member Loyalty Rewards Program.
  • Upgrade Window: This upgrade mechanism can be activated manually directly inside your member dashboard (known as "The Vault") at any point before your 168-hour window expires.
  • Fee Mapping: Upgrading wraps your profile into our standard member tiers, halting the automated profile deletion scripts.

6. AUTOMATIC TERMINATION SAFETY GUARANTEE

  • Zero Action Required: If you choose not to upgrade your evaluation profile, no manual action or cancellation notice is required on your part.
  • Hard Stop Protocol: At the precise expiration of Day 7 (Hour 168), your account, temporary login data, and vault server access tokens will be permanently, automatically terminated by our database engine.
  • No Hidden Fees: Because access terminates cleanly by default, you are completely safe from recurring billing cycles, automatic renewals, hidden platform contracts, or surprise upkeep fees.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA USE RESTRICTIONS

  • Limited License: The Pass grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to evaluate past market information.
  • Prohibition on Scraping: Automated data harvesting, programmatic scraping, systematic bulk downloading, or commercial redistribution of the Active Investors Club database assets is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate access termination without a refund.
