Strive Inc. (NASDAQ: ASST) has officially confirmed this purchase via an SEC Form 8-K filing issued this morning.
The company acquired 6,182 Bitcoin for $511.4 million at an average price of $82,732 per coin. This marks Strive's largest single Bitcoin acquisition to date, pushing its total treasury holdings to 43,000 BTC. The company simultaneously announced that its cash and marketable securities balance has increased to $554.6 million and that it has established a new $1 billion SATS At-The-Market (ATM) program for future capital flexibility.
